From humble beginnings, Medical Hub Group has expanded from a single practice in Werribee, Victoria, to a thriving network of seven clinics across Melbourne. With over 85 years of combined experience across all Hubs, we are proud to deliver more than 350,000 patient appointments annually. Our team includes 80 dedicated doctors and over 10 allied health services, ensuring comprehensive, patient-centred care.

Managing Director
Scott has been leading the Medical Hub Group for over 15 years. Scott and his team have grown from 10 people to over 200 across the Medical Hub family. Scott is also Managing Director of Techne Group a Commercial and healthcare property development company and brings his experience in design and structuring to Medical Hub Group. Scott values all of his team members and is focused on knowing all of the GP partners and being accessible to his team.
Director
Sophie has been working across the Medical Hub Group for the past five years and is integral to the overall experience for patients and is focused on the people, culture and environment of our Medical Hubs. Sophie works with our practice leadership team to support them to provide the most optimal working environment for our team members.
Operations Manager
As Operations Manager Laura leads the practice management team with passion overseeing daily to day operations and ensuring efficiency across all aspects of the businesses. Laura is committed to mentoring staff fostering professional growth, helping team members expand their skills and succeed within their roles. Laura’s extensive experience reflects a deep understanding of healthcare operations and is dedicated to both team development and organisation success.
Practice Growth Partner
With over 30 years of experience in general practice and hands-on management within the healthcare industry, Lisa brings a wealth of knowledge and insight to her role as Practice Growth Partner. As a Quality Practice Surveyor (RACGP), she combines expertise in clinical standards with a strong focus on operational growth.
In her role with Medical Hub Group, Lisa works closely with General Practitioners across all clinics to identify opportunities for growth, streamline practice operations, and support sustainable business development. Her extensive experience and collaborative approach make her a valuable partner in driving both practice success and quality patient care.

As a health clinician with a unique background in executive management and community healthcare operations, Julie’s expertise complements her role in fostering a culture of engagement amongst clinicians and the workforce, with a focus on talent development, organisational alignment, and achieving positive workplace outcomes.
